What an amazing year we have just entered

2009

This year carries the energy of 11 which is both at once chaos and unity to love and source - how perfect!

After an incredible uncover your sacred quest workshop/retreat in Chalice Well Glastonbury toward the end of December, I took quiet time to really be still and reflect upon all the miracles that had unfolded about me in the last year. I truly feel so blessed to have met so many dear friends and experienced so much ! I am eternally grateful to all those who have allowed me to be part of their journey, humbled as I have watched them embrace their sacred quest!

In the space of just a year (what is time after all - if not merely a notion!) I have travelled to australia twice, been part of a very interesting film project, The Wheel of Life, spent nearly 3 weeks down in southern argentina and Antarctica care of my dear friends Nik and Victoria Halik, made so many new friends around the world, met a truly beautiful man in crete during the summer which lead me to writing a book I didnt expect to write! (manuscript almost finished-should be published by March) created and ran my new workshops upon request of so many who have read my first book, filming for tv with my dear friend Samantha Backman and taking a well deserved rest to be very still and reflect at the end of quite a year!

As I move into 2009 so much lays ahead that is so exciting!

I will be sharing with you over the coming weeks some of the amazing experiences from last year together with all that is coming this year!
